When your breath changes,
your body and your life begin to change too.

No food rules. No punishing workouts.
A gentler way to feel at home in your body again — for women in their 40s and beyond.

SCROLL
THE APPROACH

Stop fighting your body.
Start working with it.

In your 40s, your body doesn't need to be pushed harder — it needs to be supported.
Everything here is built on three quiet foundations.

呼吸

Calm your nervous system

Shallow, stressed breathing keeps your body in fight-or-flight. Learning to breathe deeply again helps release tension and creates the conditions where your body can finally let go.

食事

Eat without the guilt

No banned foods, no white-knuckle willpower. We focus on a way of eating that leaves your body feeling safe — so cravings settle on their own.

Come home to yourself

"I'm allowed to be me." After years of putting everyone else first, this is about gently finding your own center again.

Breath & Body Coach · Founder of Breathe Labs Next

Yuka trained in esthetics in Australia and has spent years working closely with women and their bodies — detox and lymphatic massage, Pilates, and the fitness and nutrition science she studied in Los Angeles.

After supporting more than 400 women, she arrived at a simple truth: the reason women in their 40s struggle to lose weight is rarely just "eating too much" or "not exercising enough." Her work centers on calming the nervous system through breath, and helping women feel like themselves again.
